The night before Thanksgiving we bought a gingerbread house kit at Wal-Mart. This is the "cheater's way" of making a gingerbread house. Mom thought it would be fun. Last week, we finally put it together! It took all that time and effort to put it together and then it tasted terrible. The frosting was old and the gingerbread didn't taste a thing like real ginger bread. We will be making the next one from scratch! Never buy a gingerbread house in a box!
